When I made the choice to change careers in 2004, I wanted to work in an industry that not only helped the people it works with but builds value as well. I am proud to say I represent Colonial Supplemental Insurance.  Colonial is a leader and innovator in the worksite benefits arena. Most individuals only have access through their employers to the benefits that help protect the livelihood and their family in case of an accident or catastrophic event. Colonial is there to protect the insured and their family so that in the case a medical crisis should happen, a financial crisis does not follow.

I believe Colonial is equally committed to the success of their agents. It is the individual agent that makes a district and the company great.  This is reinforced every day by the service provided to each agent.  I have all the resources I need to grow. Whether it be technical support, marketing efforts or contract support someone is always available to help.  I work on continually improving the process to better serve the agents in my district which empowers them to set no limits to what they can accomplish.

Success and growth is a natural by-product of intelligence, a strong work ethic and an engaging personality.  When you find people whom are passionate about helping other people, and you give them the training and support to be successful, then get out of their way as they work to achieve their goals.  You know they are the right person and their clients will definitely be the beneficiaries.

Don’t get me wrong.  This is a tough business and it takes work to be the best. But if you are a person who really wants to make a difference in not only your life but defiantly in the lives of those you meet then Colonial is the career choice for you. My goal is to work with those individuals who want to make a difference.  Therefore I chose to surround myself with successful team members who really care about making a difference in the lives of the people they meet.
